Yu Liu，德克萨斯大学里奥格兰德河谷金融系金融学副教授。她的研究重点是公司金融，在《Journal of Corporate Finance》、《Journal of Business Research》, 《Emerging Market Review》、《Financial Review》、《International Review of Economics & Finance》、《Journal of Multinational Financial Management》、《Emerging Markets Finance and Trade》、《Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting》、《Journal of Macromarketing》等发表多篇论文，累计被引超过2000次。
