Prof. Su is the Head and Full Professor at the School of Accounting and Finance, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received PhD in Management with a specialization in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. Prof Su's academic pursuits are marked by a comprehensive focus on disclosure, reporting, and auditing. Her research area also extends beyond the confines of traditional accounting, as she has creatively delved into interdisciplinary realms, exploring intersections with supply chain dynamics and social networks. She has published in prestigious accounting journals (UTD24 or FT50), such as The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies and Management Science, etc.
