Profile of the speaker: Professor Wang Feng-Kwei obtained his PhD degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University of the U.S. in 1998. From 1999 to 2005, He taught at the School of Information Science and Learning Technologies, University of Missouri, U.S., and is currently a Distinguished Professor of Chinese Culture University in Taiwan. His main research interests include: digital learning, knowledge management, digital media, scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship, innovative R&D and management, and human resource management. He has published more than 50 papers in international journals.
