Profile of the speaker: Li Qirong, male, born in August 1981. Li is a Professor/PhD supervisor of the School of Management of Jilin University. In recent years, he has co-chaired a Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation, a project of the Social Science Fund of Ministry of Education, a project of China Postdoctoral Science Fund, a Jilin University philosophy and social science project cultivation program, and a provincial and ministerial soft science research program. As the first participant, Li has participated in a project of National Natural Science Foundation, and a Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation. In the past five years, Li has published more than 20 academic papers in core journals at home and abroad, of which 19 have been included into SSCI.
